Hi, I’m Amanda Alberson.

I became a therapist because I care deeply about helping people. The individuals I work best with are those who feel numb, angry, depressed, defeated, overwhelmed, and exhausted, but they don’t know why. What they do know is that there must be more to life than what they are currently experiencing.

I love working with people who are ready and motivated to change. Whether this is because they have tried various different methods to get out of feeling the way they feel and that has failed, or because they have realized that they cannot go on the way they’re going, these individuals are the clients for me.

When I’m not counseling, you can find me doing the following:

  • Hanging out with my wonderful husband, Tyler, our daughter, and our two doodles Princeton and Rainey

  • Out on the trails either hiking or running

  • Going on walks outdoors in the beautiful outdoors

  • Cooking and baking

  • Listening to audio books (I have over 300 in my audible library)

  • Spending time with friends

  • Having a BIG cup of coffee in the early mornings because I LOVE early mornings
